PKO SUPPLY LIST 

Welcome to the Little Crusader Program! We are excited to be a part of your child’s 1st year and help meet your child’s developmental milestones including sitting, crawling, standing, and walking. Throughout the year we will be making friends, reading books, playing music, singing songs, and maybe even creating some artwork! Your child will also be introduced to signing, colors, shapes, and animals and their sounds. But most importantly, we will provide a nurturing and caring environment for your baby. 

Following is a list of items your child will need in the classroom: 

  1. Bottles with caps prepared for the day (No glass bottles please. PLEASE LABEL BOTTLES AND CAPS.) 
  2. Food/Snacks for the day, when appropriate (If prepared at home, container should be labeled with contents as well as child’s name.) 
  3. Extra formula (small, single serving), food, and snacks for emergency use 
  4. Diapers
  5. Wipes 
  6. Diaper rash cream 
  7. Pacifiers if your child takes one. Pacifiers with stuffed animals attached are not allowed. 
  8. 2-3 changes of clothes (including socks) 
  9. 2 fitted crib sheets – Pack & Play/portable crib size or standard crib sheet (used sheets will be sent home every Friday for washing) 
  10. Sippy cups, when appropriate 
  11. Bibs for daily use (both for feeding and teething bibs) 
  12. Plastic bibs, spoons, and bowls for meals, when appropriate 
  13. Gallon ziploc bags for dirty food containers to be sent home daily
  14. Battery operated mobile (optional)
  15. Small picture of your child to include in their file
  16. Sound machines for crib (optional) 

**If a diaper bag is sent to the classroom daily please ensure it is small enough to fit completely inside your child’s cubby.** 

Please label EVERYTHING including food, tops and bottoms of bottles or containers, pacifiers, bedding, bibs, utensils/bowls, clothes, etc. We cannot identify everyone’s items without proper labeling. So, please label EVERYTHING. Please be sure to include anyone who is allowed to pick up your child on the appropriate form and that the person picking up your child has a picture ID when they arrive. PK1 SUPPLY LIST

Welcome to the Little Crusader Program! We are excited to be a part of your child’s daily routine and we look forward to assisting your child through their developmental milestones. We will be making friends, reading books, playing music, dancing, singing songs, and creating artwork! Your child will be introduced to colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and animals and their sounds. We will also include P.E., Music, and Spanish in their curriculum. When weather and time permits, we will go on stroller rides, take walks on the rope, and include morning and afternoon playground times. But most importantly, we will provide a nurturing and caring environment for your baby. 

Following is a list of items your child will need on a DAILY basis: 

  1. 2 labeled Sippy cups filled with water/juice/milk. We will refill cups with water throughout the day as needed. Students in our Turtles’ class may also bring a bottle if they are still transitioning to a Sippy cup. Teachers will assist with this transition by gradually introducing their Sippy cup. Teachers will always ensure that all students stay properly hydrated throughout the course of the day. 
  2. Lunch for the day (All containers must be labeled with child’s name). Please provide any bowls/utensils need for their meal. Finger foods are preferred. 
  3. SLKF LITTLE CRUSADERS Drawstring tote bag embroidered with child’s last name (must be purchased at Schiro’s Schooltime, Inka’s, or Schumacher’s
  4. Daily Folder (will be provided)

We will be making friends, reading books, playing music, singing songs, and creating artwork! Your child will also participate in Spanish, Library, P.E., and Music, as well as many other concepts through our curriculum. When weather permits, we will go on the playground and/or the gym for physical activity time. But most importantly, we will provide a nurturing and caring environment for your little one.. 

Following is a list of items your child will need on a DAILY basis: 

  1. 1 labeled Sippy cup filled with water/juice/milk. We will refill cups with water throughout the day as needed. 
  2. Lunch 
    1. You may order lunch from the cafeteria OR 
    2. You may send a packed lunch. Lunch kits should include an ice pack, if necessary. We are unable to refrigerate lunches due to limited storage. We cannot microwave lunches. Please send all necessary utensils for your child’s lunch..
  3. SLKF Little Crusaders Drawstring Tote Bag embroidered with your child’s last name (can be purchased from Schiro’s SchoolTime, Inka’s Uniforms, or Schumacher’s)
  4. Daily Folder (will be provided)
